Day 4 & 5

Good morning!  Here is Day 4 & 5 for the FREE Meal Plan Guide.  Are you feeling lighter, healthier?  I lost 4 pounds so far, how about you? 

DAY 4
BREAKFAST:
Irish Oatmeal with sliced banana. Cup of Coffee to drink.

LUNCH:Roast beef sandwich on what bread with vegetables.  Also have a handful of pretzels with water to drink.

DINNER:
Turkey meatloaf with veggies and a side salad.  Water to drink.

TIP:  Get yourself ground turkey breast, an egg and chio up some celery and onions. Mush it all together in a big mixing bowl.  Shape it into a ball and throw into the oven for about 30 minutes and it's ready to go.  You can the left over in a sandwich the next day.

DAY 5
BREAKFAST:
Shredded wheat cereal with milk and mixed berries.  A cup of coffee to drink.

LUNCH:
Leftover turkey loaf sandwich on wheat bread.  A couple handfuls of baby carrots with a glass of water.

DINNER:
Salmon fillet over wild rice.  Water to drink.

TIP:  Cook the salmon in the oven with a dash of lemon.  Salmon has Omega 3 fatty acids that break down body fat and helps you lose the love handles.
