Day 1: The 14 Day Meal Plan to Help Change Your Lifestyle

The Day has come to start the 14 Day Free Meal Plan to help change your lifestyle :)  Did you take your before picture?  Did you write down your weight and measurement before you ate breakfast?  I already had my breakfast but I also had 2 It Works products:

DAY 1
BREAKFAST:
3 scrambled egg whites, 1 piece of wheat toast with 4 oz milk or coffee

LUNCH:
Turkey sandwich on wheat or whole grain bread with mustard and any vegetables you want.  The more the merrier.  1 piece of fruit of your choice.  Iced Tea or Water to drink.

DINNER:
Grilled chicken breast stir fry with mixed vegetables over steamed brown rice.  Water to drink.

TIP:  Use canola spray oil in the pan or an olive oil.  Cube a couple chicken breasts and cut off any fat you see.  Steam the vegetables in a separate bowl.  Steam rice or get instant rice and put it all together with a sprinkle of salt and pepper for a yummy treat!
