1. Weigh yourself when you wake up 01-12-2011 and take measurements of your neck, arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs.

3. Take a before picture. I know that there might not be too much of a difference in two weeks but we shall see ;) Send the picture to wrappin_n_loosin2011@hotmail.com it will not be shared unless you give me permission.
4. If you want to be qualified to win a FREE WRAP, please send me your starting weight and measurements. It will be confidential and only for prize purposes only.
IT IS THAT EASY! You do not have to tell me your weight and measurements but keep track for yourself. You can post "I lost 2 pounds today!" or "Woot! Down 2 inches off my hips.".
