My "FIT PACK" Makeover Day 3

Can you believe it has already been 3 days since I started this thing?  I forgot to weigh  myself yesterday but I have already lost 3 pounds!  I will update as the day goes along but for now, kiddo calls!

I started my Makeover Challenge yesterday!  Sorry I dropped off the face of the earth but I am back :)

12 Day FITstart Day 1-4

Wow, been super busy havent been posting.  Guess that is what happens when you spend more time preparing and less time typing ;)

I have not gone full scale on this 12 Day FITstart so I think I will just continue what I am doing until I get my ProFit and then figure out how to incorporate meals into my busy lifestyle later :)

It is 8:40 a.m. here in Michigan and I am starting (or attempting to start lol) the FITstart program with It Works.  I have a new thyroid medicine so hopefully that will help me speed up my metabolism!

Wrap-n-Lose Party Success

Went to help my sponsor Chere’ Becker at a Wrap-n-Lose party in Hastings, MI yesterday!  It was definitely a success.  One of our beautiful ladies lost 8 ½ inches in just 45 minutes.  This is why I love It Works, because it really does work!
